CPS getting involved in removing children from their caring families and placing them in institutions and homes. This is a common and devastating situation for families with vaccine-injured children — especially those on the autism spectrum.
A friend shared this story with me, and it breaks my heart. Posting with identifying details removed:
“My child is autistic and was diagnosed at a very young age. Recently, he told his school counselor and vice principal that he was having suicidal thoughts and wanted to harm himself because he feels depressed and isolated at school. I had never heard him express anything like this at home.
The school called me in and said I needed to take him for a hospital evaluation or they’d have to call CPS. I took him to the ER, and they said he needed to be admitted for at least 14 days and start medication. At first, I refused. I wanted to find another solution. But the pressure was intense — the ER, therapists, everyone — and I felt trapped. If I didn’t comply, CPS would get involved. If I did, I risked my child being changed forever. I don’t want to lose my baby. I’m devastated and just needed to vent and ask for advice.”
This is not an isolated story. It happens again and again — children trying to express their pain are funneled into psychiatric institutions, medicated, and separated from their families. And when parents push back or seek alternatives, CPS is used as a weapon to force compliance.
What can be done to protect families in situations like this? How can we build real support systems that don’t criminalize parents or institutionalize vulnerable kids?
